Pay for your booking, deposit, or confirmed service. Transactions are processed through Wompi (Bancolombia) and direct bank transfers.

Payment terms and 50% deposit (Clause 2.2)

To secure your assigned vehicle and driver, payments follow your booking timeline:

More than 72 hours in advance

Pay a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your trip. The remaining 50% is due at least 72 hours before departure.

Less than 72 hours in advance

Full 100% payment is required upon confirmation. Immediate full payment gives you operational priority.

No cash on board rule: Allied drivers are not authorized to collect cash inside the vehicle. All payments must be made through official Safe Travels Go digital channels.

Pay with open payment link

Enter the amount agreed in your quote (50% deposit or full fare) and pay with card, PSE, or Nequi via Wompi (Bancolombia).

Direct bank transfers: Bancolombia, Bre-B, and Nequi
Local and international cards, PSE (via Wompi or Bold)
Cash at authorized banking correspondents via Wompi (drivers do not collect cash directly)

Payment processing and card data

Card payments are processed directly through Wompi, certified PCI-DSS Level 1 and backed by Bancolombia. Safe Travels Go never stores or handles your card details.
