Passengers travel in clean, air-conditioned vehicles (kept between 20°C and 22°C) equipped with braided fast-charging cables for USB-C and Lightning devices. Drivers are vetted through background checks, trained in defensive driving through Safe Travels Go Academy, and maintain strict passenger discretion. For international executives who do not speak Spanish, we assign drivers with conversational English when available, supported by mobile translation tools on driver devices. In-vehicle 4G Wi-Fi is available upon prior request during booking, subject to route coverage and an additional fee.
Our fleet uses licensed white-plate vehicles (Placa Blanca - Decreto 1079 de 2015). Every corporate service includes the assigned vehicle and professional driver, fuel, official highway tolls where specified in your contract quote, mandatory FUEC travel permits, and civil liability insurance policies (RCC and RCE up to 100 SMMLV per passenger). Services do not include driver wait time beyond the complimentary buffer (15 minutes at offices or hotels, 60 minutes for international airport arrivals, and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, after which extra time is billed at 55,000 COP per hour). All payments are made through official corporate channels. Drivers never accept cash payments directly.
